I had an accident in the attic with the AC and it flooded one of my rooms. My daughter knew Dwayne through baseball and we contacted him and he came out and looked at the home and made me an offer. The process has been smooth and no problems whatsoever. I needed some time to move out my personal belongings and Gulf State was very accommodating.
